The room and the grounds were nice,but the washer or dryer in the room didnt work right, I had to spin the washer twice and run the dryer about 3 cycles before they would dryThe kitchen amenities was missing things we only had 2 glasses, 1 steak knife, no serving bowls,no baking pans or nonstick frying pans in the room or the office(we got some cheap ones)but over all we had a good stay I dont know what they charge for a room, we used a time share
